Please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your order, as we need to advise courier. We will give you clear instructions on what to do, please save the original packaging and damaged goods.
Ruku is not responsible for misuse or damage by the customer of your product purchased. Yes we have a three warranty but neglectful or pushing of the bottom could result in the item being damaged or even broken.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to return or exchange your item(s) for a refund (except custom made products), please return to us within 30 days.
The item(s) must be UNUSED and in a re-saleable condition, as determined by Ruku (this does not include items that have been washed). Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 7 to 14 business days of receiving your return, you will not be refunded for any freight costs incurred.
To return an item(s) please follow these steps:
1. Contact Ruku on info@rukublades.com
2. Items should be packaged in a manner that protects the item(s). Please include a brief note with your contact details. We reserve the right to assess any damage incurred during return shipment and to refuse such items if necessary.
3. Custom made products are NON REFUNDABLE and NO EXCHANGES.
4. If you want to exchange the item(s) because it does not fit or our product has not met your expectations, you will incur the cost's of sending and returning the item back to us.
Any further exchanges you will incur courier charges. Please insure you make the right decision with your purchase. If you are unsure please contact us. If the new item(s) is greater in value than your original order, payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Bank Deposit.
We want to be fair with all exchanges but we do require you to be honest as well. Ruku reserves the right to decline any refund or exchange with out reason.
